Bald is Beautiful?

Another rainy day in Tunisia as the unusually cold and wet weather continues here.  We were told today that Northern Europeans often swim this time of year in the fair weather and warm temperatures.  Not so much today.  One of our new friends helped us fax some people in Libya to get the ball rolling on the visa issue.  We keep hearing there is a governmental freeze on visas issued to Americans, but going through the process none the less.  We continued to walk the city and deepen our ties with the people we met last night.  We had coffee this morning, spent lunch time together, and will probably go out later for some tea.  We were introduced to Unes' girlfriend today as her and Martha really seemed to hit it off.  We spent much needed down time earlier today as gale force winds hit the coast.  We should know more about our next move tomorrow and will move after that.  In the meantime we are enjoying the remainder of our time in Sfax with our new buddies.
