It dawned on me at some point today that I should probably pack and figure out what I am taking on this trip. I am a habitual late packer who often waits until the morning of departure to actually fill my bags and head out. I have been on so many of these little adventures I pack in my sleep for the most part, and I tend to worry less by waiting. This particular trek has been in the making for more than a year, so I suppose if I was to think of something now that has not run through my mind at some other point, that would be a real feat. We leave at 9 AM for NYC. So the fun begins.
